Do we need foreign Universities in Indian territory

Ofcourse, we do have first class univerities and third class universities.....we do have first class families and thir class families....simply the fact that a begger has a third class husband will she ever allow a first class American husband to sleep with her to love her childerne ? This is the same story.....There is no country in the world that is richer than India.....we have proved it time and again...but alas only to our ruling class they want everything American if possible an american Father?????? In Ameriaca even the Dogs understand English!!!!!!
